1. Product definition

It belongs to disposable flexible inner packaging consumables and cannot be used to contain liquids alone. It must be used in conjunction with outer packaging containers such as 1000L plastic IBC drums and collapsible paper ton containers, serving as an isolation barrier between the material and the inner wall of the container.

2. Material and production standards

Using food-grade multilayer co-extruded film as raw material, integrated heat sealing production is completed in a clean workshop; the film body comes with stable barrier properties and basic puncture resistance, suitable for loading clean materials such as food and fine chemicals.

3. Standard specifications

The bag is compatible with mainstream standard sizes, fitting 1000L boxes. Its length and width, as well as the diameters of the inlet and outlet ports, can be customized according to the internal dimensions of customers' paper-ton containers or plastic IBCs. The bag comes with a filling port and a bottom discharge valve, accompanied by simple installation and operation instructions.

4. Core functions

1. Isolate corrosive and easily stainable materials to prevent corrosion, staining, and wear of metal steel frames, plastic liners, and paper boxes, thereby extending the service life of outer packaging containers;

2. Single-use design, with the material only coming into contact with the bag film. When changing products, there is no need to clean, disinfect, or dry the outer container, saving labor, water resources, and cleaning chemicals;

3. Physically isolate different batches of raw materials to avoid cross-contamination of materials from the source, meeting the stringent production requirements for high-purity raw materials, food, and pharmaceuticals.

5. Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for industries that require frequent switching between different raw materials and have high requirements for material purity, including food ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemicals, and daily chemical raw material export storage and transportation; it is not suitable for fixed storage and transportation conditions involving long-term single material, low-cost, high-frequency cycling.

6. Product attributes and environmental protection characteristics

After a single filling process, the packaging is directly discarded and cannot be reused. The film material can be uniformly recycled and disposed of. When used in conjunction with foldable paper ton containers, the overall packaging waste is reduced, meeting the requirements of the export fumigation-free packaging scheme.
